Did you ever sleep after fully removing your makeup, then when you wake up in the morning you have a raccoon eyes?
I experience this all the time, until I finally fed up with it... so I went thru some research and this is the best one I found.
use a Mascara wand!!! yup! it actually does it.... putting eye makeup remover lotion in a mascara wand do the trick.... try it for yourself.... I use Neutrogena Eye makeup Remover lotion.
You can use different types of eye makeup remover, just make sure that its the lotion one not the liquid, cause soaking the mascara wand into the liquid one wont do the trick, and it actually hurts your eyes... (just imagine if you suddenly poke your eyes with the oil mixture of makeup remover).so, I spent my mornings without a raccoon eyes this pass few days... and I'm enjoying it...=D
